Do you work with my insurance company?: Yes. We work directly with your carrier, providing photos, documentation and support to make the process smooth. Chuck writes the scope the way insurers read it.
Are you an insurance preferred vendor?: No, on purpose. We are an independent contractor, so we work only for you, not the insurance company.
What does it cost to have Chuck come out?: The consultation is free. Chuck looks at the damage, tells you what it needs, and prices the work at your house.
When are you open?: Open 24 hours Monday to Saturday, Sunday 9 AM to 3 PM. Call or text (443) 252-1581.
What areas do you serve?: Harford, Baltimore and Cecil counties, and Baltimore City. We are based in Forest Hill.
Can I just text you a photo?: Yes. Text a photo of the damage to (443) 252-1581. It is often enough for Chuck to tell you the next step.
Do you do kitchens and bathrooms too?: Yes. Hall baths and kitchens, with plank, tile and carpet floors. Pick a look on the selection board and Chuck prices it at your house.
Can you handle a tree that came down on the house?: Yes. We coordinate safe, professional tree removal with trusted partners, then repair the damage, so it is one call.
How does a job go?: Three steps: we inspect and document the damage, we secure the house with board-ups and tarps if it needs it, then we manage the full rebuild and coordinate with your insurance.
